When you create an account on the Pluggy Dashboard, you get full API access for 15 days with no credit card. That includes connecting your customers' real accounts via Open Finance, payment initiation and data enrichment, all in production. At the end of the trial you choose the product (Data, Payments or both) to continue.
Connections to your customers' real accounts pause until you activate a plan. Your configuration and data are kept for 30 days.
Each read call to the API (balance, transaction, investment) counts as one request. Payment calls are counted separately. The dashboard shows your usage updated daily.
Each product has a monthly minimum (R$ 2,500 for Data and R$ 500 for Payments) with volume included. Above that, overage is billed per request. to find out what makes sense for your volume.
Yes. Data and Payments are separate products, each with its own monthly minimum (R$ 2,500 and R$ 500). You only contract what you need.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades and downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle, prorated.
Yes. Pluggy is infrastructure for the Brazilian financial system, and plans are billed in reais (R$).
Yes: Meu Pluggy, a free personal portal (in Portuguese) for your own accounts, with up to 5 active connections from the same account holder. It isn't meant for onboarding customers into a product; for that, the plans above are the way to go.
